SERVICE TERMS
Last Updated: July 2026
These Service Terms apply to car care services provided by DRIP.LK (PVT) LTD.
By confirming a booking and proceeding with a service, the customer acknowledges the applicable service details, customer responsibilities and policies communicated by DRIP.LK.
Service Packages
Each service package includes only the services specifically described in the package information available at the time of booking.
Services not included in the selected package should not be assumed to form part of the appointment.
Pricing
Prices are based on the vehicle and service information provided by the customer.
Prices advertised as βfromβ represent starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle category, size, condition and service requirements.
Incorrect Vehicle or Booking Information
Where the vehicle type, category, size or condition differs materially from the information provided during booking, DRIP.LK may revise the estimated price or service duration.
Any material pricing adjustment will be communicated before additional chargeable work proceeds.
Excessive or Unusual Vehicle Conditions
Additional time or work may be required for vehicles with conditions substantially beyond those reasonably expected for the selected package.
Examples may include excessive mud, significant pet hair, heavy interior debris, extensive staining or unusual contamination.
Where additional chargeable work is recommended, the customer will be informed before such work proceeds.
Additional Work
DRIP.LK will not intentionally carry out material additional chargeable services without customer approval.
Where additional work is declined, DRIP.LK may continue with the originally booked package where reasonably practical.
Product and Process Selection
DRIP.LK selects car care products and service processes based on the booked package, visible vehicle condition and information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for disclosing known specialist coatings, PPF, wraps and other specialist finishes before service.
Vehicle Condition Documentation
DRIP.LK may visually inspect and photograph the vehicle before, during or after service for condition documentation, service verification, quality control and complaint review purposes.
Such records will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Pre-existing Conditions
Existing scratches, stone chips, paint defects, corrosion, cracked plastics, loose trim, damaged seals or deteriorated materials may become more visible after cleaning.
The appearance of an existing defect following a service does not by itself establish that the defect was caused by DRIP.LK.
Any reported concern will be reviewed based on the available information and circumstances.
Service Results
Service results may vary depending on vehicle age, material condition, previous maintenance, paint condition, previous treatments and existing damage.
Standard cleaning and detailing services cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, paint damage, corrosion, fading or other permanent defects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, DRIP.LK services are intended to clean, maintain and improve the appearance of the vehicle.
Our services should not be interpreted as mechanical repair, body repair, paint restoration or a guarantee that a vehicle will be returned to a new condition.
Outdoor Service Conditions
Mobile services may be performed outdoors.
Dust, rain, wind, falling leaves, nearby traffic and other environmental factors may affect a vehicle during or after service completion.
DRIP.LK cannot guarantee controlled indoor conditions when a service is performed outdoors.
Vehicle Access and Keys
Customers must provide authorised access to the vehicle where required for the selected service.
DRIP.LK staff will not normally drive or relocate a customer's vehicle.
Where movement is reasonably required, customer permission should be obtained before the vehicle is moved.
Vehicle keys temporarily provided to DRIP.LK will be used only for reasonable service-related access or authorised vehicle movement.
Customer Conduct and Staff Safety
DRIP.LK is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or unsafe behaviour towards our team will not be accepted.
DRIP.LK may stop or decline a service where there is a reasonable concern for staff safety or wellbeing.
Where a service is stopped due to serious customer misconduct, the customer may remain responsible for work reasonably completed and costs already incurred.
Reporting a Service Concern
Customers should report service concerns as soon as reasonably possible.
DRIP.LK may request photographs, vehicle information, booking details or an opportunity to inspect the vehicle to fairly review the concern.
Nothing in these Service Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Sri Lankan law.
