DRIP.LK POLICIES

CUSTOMER
RESPONSIBILITIES

To help us provide a safe, efficient and professional mobile car care service, customers are responsible for ensuring the following conditions are met.

01

SERVICE LOCATION

The customer must provide a safe, legally accessible and reasonably suitable location for the booked service. The location should provide sufficient working space around the vehicle for our team to safely operate professional car care equipment.

Where services are requested at apartments, offices, hotels, gated communities or managed properties, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from property management, security or the property owner.

DRIP.LK may pause, decline or reschedule a service where the location is unsafe, inaccessible, restricted or unsuitable.

02

EQUIPMENT NOISE

Professional car care equipment may generate temporary operational noise. Customers are responsible for selecting a location where the reasonable use of such equipment is permitted and appropriate.

DRIP.LK will take reasonable steps to minimise unnecessary disturbance while carrying out the service.

03

WATER & WET SURFACES

Vehicle washing may result in temporary water accumulation or wet surfaces around the service area.

Customers should ensure the selected location is suitable for vehicle washing and exercise reasonable care around wet areas during and immediately after service.

While our team will work responsibly, DRIP.LK cannot guarantee that the surrounding service area will remain completely dry.

04

ACCURATE BOOKING INFORMATION

Customers must provide accurate personal, contact, service location and vehicle information when making a booking.

This includes the correct vehicle type, make, model and other information reasonably requested by DRIP.LK.

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect service suitability, estimated service duration and pricing.

05

COATINGS, PPF, WRAPS & SPECIALIST FINISHES

Customers must inform DRIP.LK before service if the vehicle has a ceramic or graphene coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap, matte or satin finish, specialist wax, sealant, recently repainted panel, recently applied coating or any other specialist surface treatment.

Not all coatings or treatments can be visually identified. DRIP.LK selects products and processes based on the information provided by the customer and the visible condition of the vehicle.

Where a specialist treatment is not disclosed, DRIP.LK cannot reasonably guarantee compatibility with an unidentified coating or treatment.

Customers are encouraged to provide care instructions supplied by the coating manufacturer or installer before the appointment.

06

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE & FRAGILE COMPONENTS

Customers should inform DRIP.LK of known damaged, loose, fragile, modified or sensitive areas before service.

This may include damaged paint, loose trims, cracked plastics, damaged seals, aftermarket accessories, previous repairs or electrical concerns.

Cleaning may reveal scratches, paint defects or deterioration previously concealed by dirt or residue.

DRIP.LK is not responsible for the natural progression or exposure of a pre-existing condition where reasonable care and appropriate service processes have been used.

07

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers should remove money, valuables, important documents and sensitive personal belongings before an interior service.

DRIP.LK will take reasonable care around items remaining inside the vehicle but cannot independently verify the presence, condition or value of personal belongings.

08

CHILDREN & PETS

Children and pets should remain at a safe distance from the active service area, professional equipment and vehicle while work is being carried out.

09

CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY

The customer or an authorised representative should remain reasonably contactable during the appointment.

Where customer approval is required for a service adjustment, work may be paused until confirmation is received.
